Would recommend for a weekend pause

Clean room, friendly staff, the location had easy access to the main road with plenty of parking, convenient for exploring the area, and the morning breakfast options provided a quick, satisfying start with a microwaveable sausage sandwich and yogurt.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good overall experience. Tidy hotel, fine rooms, exceptionally nice and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. A huge variety of options, healthy food. Location next to Grove and get a good view of the Cherokee Queen. And a 15-minute walk from Sail Boat Bridge.

The staff are affable, the rooms are fine and new-fashioned.

No room cleaning !!! Had to retrieve clean towels personally, quite inconvenient!!! Limited breakfast choices could be improved!!!

i had a wonderful stay here, as the hotel had easy access to nearby parks and landmarks, just a short walk from the beautiful sail boat bridge and less than 5 kilometers from the serene wolf creek park, making my weekend strolls enjoyable and nice.

The lobby area was clean and tidy.

The front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful. I was charged an extra $20 without clear explanation. To make matters worse, a roach crawled on my daughter's pillow, and the only response from the front desk was that this was normal for an outside hotel. The air conditioning barely worked.

The newly remodeled rooms were super comfy. We loved the cozy beds and the clean atmosphere. It felt great to just relax after a long day. Plus, the kids had a blast playing at the poolside.

Wi-Fi was reliable for my work, but the air conditioning struggled to cool the room.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed visiting Cherokee Casino and Lendonwood Gardens, both nearby. Breakfast was a hit with a variety of hot options. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway or family trip.

I noticed some outside areas could use more attention, as the landscaping felt a bit neglected during winter. It didn't affect our stay much, but it stood out.

The comfortable queen beds and clean room were the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, the rude service at the front desk marred the experience significantly. Access to main roads was convenient, but the breakfast options were limited, with only cereal and no fresh choices like hand-cut steaks. The coffee machine was malfunctioning during the entire stay, leaving guests without their morning coffee.

I stayed at days inn for 2 nights. The location was great and close to everything. The beds, linens, and decor were nice too. I enjoyed the outdoor pool, a perfect way to cool down.

i'd recommend, but the air conditioning didn't work well and there were quite a few flies in the room.

The staff was excellent and accommodating . the a/c didn't cool well.
